Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes — all of it. The borosilicate vessel, the glass lid, and the stainless basket all go in the dishwasher. No hand-wash-only parts, no gasket that dies in the heat.
Really no plastic? Anywhere?
The vessel and lid are glass, the basket is 304 stainless steel. The lid seal is food-grade silicone — a mineral-based rubber, not a petroleum plastic — and it's the only soft part in the product.
What fits inside?
A full pound of strawberries, two pints of blueberries, or one very ambitious batch of cherries. Sized for the family fridge shelf, not the dollhouse one.
